Sage Infusion is a startup infusion center with locations in central and southwest Florida. We are looking for a full time HR Coordinator to join our team. At Sage, we’ve reimagined patient care. The HR Coordinator will complete various HR tasks and responsibilities based on existing HR procedures and serve to support and assist team members by phone, Google meetings, and emails. This position reports to the Senior HR Manager and works closely with the various department heads.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the department managers in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening candidates, pipeline management, interviewing, salary negotiations, and sending job offers.
  • Process state required background screening in a timely manner, keep the system up to date with employee changes, and retain necessary documents.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks on a new hire’s first day including orientation meetings, scheduling, assigning training, and onboarding into payroll/timekeeping software.
  • Assist with providing accurate, complete, and timely updates to employee data in HR files and HR system, including adding new hires, terminations, job changes, department or work location changes, pay changes, incentives, etc.
  • Assist with creating onboarding and annual training using Paylocity Learning and maintain and update training material
  • Assist with initiating, tracking, and monitoring employee engagement surveys (semi-annually) using Paylocity Surveys function 
  • Assist with employee benefits administration including Venteur (health insurance enrollment) and communication of benefits to team members
  • Visit when necessary for welcoming and onboarding new employees and/or assisting with various onsite HR tasks
  • Support leave management administration (parental leave, PTO, etc.) and ensure compliance with policies
  • Assist with performance management processes including coordinating reviews, maintaining documentation, and tracking completion
  • Maintain compliance postings and documentation at all locations
  • Coordinate workplace safety programs and maintain OSHA compliance records
  • Work with credentialing specialist to ensure the credentialing of new providers - verifying Sage information quarterly in Availity
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR related experience or equivalent education.
  • Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems is preferred. 
  • Experience with credentialing is a plus but not required.
  • Familiar with employment law, HR guidelines, and HIPAA. 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and critical thinking skills
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and HRI systems.
